Isi the enforcer "Super Rugby is physical… that's what love" | Latest … – Western Force

The Force welcome Isi Naisarani back to the pitch after four months on the sideline with a knee and arm injury.
Naisarani has a clear objective this Saturday, to play his own game and get back to the form he is known for; a hard ball runner with a presence that follows.
"To pull on the Force jersey again will be a big moment for me as this club gave me a chance all those years ago.“it’s an honour and privilege to be going out there again; it’s an opportunity I hope I can fulfil” Naisarani mentioned.
"I'm going to go out there and play my own game and do what I know I can; be a big figure and carry the ball strong for my team."
Super Rugby is physical; that's what I love. Going up against the Crusaders this week will be a test, but I know we can give them a good run."
He is a man with passion, expressing his desire to play in front of the Sea of Blue once again.
"Next week is a home game, and that's a match I really want to play. Playing in front of our home crowd is unreal. As a player, it's what you look forward to. So, my focus is to play well this Saturday to get another opportunity next week.
"I've been watching the boys from the sidelines working hard for the last few weeks. I'm happy I can now take the field and play this week. I will go out and give my best. I'm looking forward to playing Super Rugby again."

Force captain Michael Wells speaks highly on Naisarani's return "He's got international experience, his reputation speaks for itself. Hopefully, we just get him close to the ball, get him carrying because he's a big body and that's what he thrives on."
"He loves to get his hands on the ball, and he loves the high-density carries, he's a big body and he'll definitely throw his weight around."
"We need bodies to punch holes, and adding someone in who can give that feature to our team, that's massive for us, and that's something Isi thrives on."
Naisarani will pull on the #8 jersey on Saturday, 6 May, running out at Orangetheory Stadium against the Crusaders. Watch his return and catch all the action only on Stan Sport.
