ISLAMABAD — Pakistan has fewer than 60 days before its general election scheduled for Feb. 8, yet the country barely resembles one headed to the polls, raising questions over whether voting may be delayed.
Normally by now there would be a large-scale campaign underway. But most politicians have not even started promoting themselves, and the local media is abuzz with talk of a possible postponement.
